The Montgomery County School Board, Virginia, is now accepting applications for a part-time (5.9 hours/day) Clerical Aide position (11 month contract) that is available at Margaret Beeks Elementary School.
Primary Responsibilities:
The clerical aide assists the principal and administrative assistant at the school with routine office procedures, student record maintenance, clinic procedures, and bookkeeping.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Functional knowledge of commonly used office equipment and work-flow technologies
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Ability to maintain an unquestionable degree of confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task, work with interruptions, and work under pressure
- Ability to work with students, staff, community members, and parents
- Ability to be dependable and punctual
