School Division Compliance Officer

The Montgomery County School Board, Virginia, is accepting applications for a Compliance Officer position.  We are seeking an individual who can work as part of a team to review, plan, implement, evaluate, and monitor division-wide compliance programs.  The Compliance Officer position is responsible for evaluating the school division's efforts to meet requirements for Title IX and Title VI and other federal and state mandates in order to support learning and work environments that are free of discrimination and committed to equal opportunity.  The Compliance Officer must maintain up-to-date knowledge of all policies and state and federal regulations, provide training for staff on policy and regulation information, coordinate programs to ensure adherence to guidelines, address matters relating to compliance issues, implement actions necessary to ensure an effective compliance program and prepare and present reports to the Superintendent and the School Board.

SALARY: $81,104.09 - $146,102.87 annually, based on experience and educational degree.
