The Montgomery County School Board, Virginia, is now accepting applications for a Pharmacy Technician teacher position that is available for the 2024-2025 school year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hold or be eligible for a Virginia Teacher’s License
- Hold or be eligible for a Pharmacy Technician endorsement OR two years of full-time employment within the past five years as a certified Pharmacy Technician in Virginia
- Have effective written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, parents, and families
- Demonstrated ability to be dependable and punctual
- Have strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous teaching experience
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or in the medical field
- Eligibility and experience with dual enrollment
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
SALARY: $50,072.26 - $83,120.04 annually; with benefits; commensurate with experience
