Montgomery County Public Schools is accepting applications for a Systems Analyst in Technology.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor communication avenues to support end users Tier 1 support across multiple applications
  • Manage SSO connections for website subscriptions
  • Manage Active Directory account creation and deletion
  • Manage SQL scripts
  • Manage Google Administrator Console
  • Manage Student Registration forms in PowerSchool
  • Manage data exports from PowerSchool
  • Manage discipline data in PowerSchool
  • Manage Civil Rights Data Collection process
  • Manage Reporting from PowerSchool

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Associate of Applied Sciences or higher in Computer Technology or verified equivalent educational/work experience.
  • Five years’ experience
  • Experience with PowerSchool Student Information System
  • Experience with database administration including Microsoft Access
  • Experience with spreadsheets
  • Experience with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides, Gmail)
  • Experience with SSO administration (Clever, Google, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL statements (creating and editing)
  • Knowledge of school system administrative policies and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task, work with interruptions, and work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain an unquestionable degree of confidentiality
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to be dependable and punctual
  • Ability to document processes and keep current 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Ability to work within a team environment and/or individually resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Background in State and Federal reporting requirements

 

SALARY RANGE: $50,108.49 - 97,750.15

 

FLSA:  Non-exempt
